Adding SMTP | Error 404

I'm attempting to set-up the outbound email settings. The test email works 100%. But when I press "Save" - I get an error? Any idea what needs to be adjusted?

I had a similar problem. I was a problem on the Mysql Tables related to Outbound Email. They were created as InnoDB.
